I have been working with a couple for a few months now on a house design that will be located on an extremely unique site in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas. The site is only 50' wide, but 160' long. For this particular client, they favored a Spanish-Modern design style. Although the exterior design is set in stone for this client, I wanted to show how even with a unique floor plan such as this house design, the exterior can be designed for any taste or design style you might prefer.
Original design: $$$$
New exterior design with more traditional materials, such as brick, stone, and roof shingles. $$$
New exterior design with lower cost finish materials, but done with more of a modern feel. $$
There you have it. Same site. Same floor plan. 3 completely different looking houses.
